Please refer to the Flag Registry tab for the flags and certificates which Polestar can test and issue on behalf respectively. If your flag does not appear on this table, we do not supply any LRIT services for this administration but please do check in with us.

1. For new customer, we will set up your account in the Polestar LRIT Portal

2. You will receive your username and password login via the registered email

3. Please update the vessel and equipment details in the Fleet Registration form.

4. For customer who like to manage the test on their own. You may copy the details from the Fleet Registration Form and paste it in the Registrations Menu > Register Transceivers in your login

5. Inform us to purchase a LRIT test token

6. You may start the test once the vessel is ready.

7. For more information of updating the LRIT information and starting test, you may access the HELP menu at the top left corner in your login.

8. Once the test is completed, you will receive the passed notification. We will contact you to confirm if there is any further changes to the details in the certificate and request the shipping details for the delivery of hardcopy certificate.

2. Inform us when you want to start the test

3. Once the test is completed, you will receive the passed notification. We will contact you to confirm if there is any further changes to the details in the certificate and request the shipping details for the delivery of hardcopy certificate.

The test from start to end take about 48 hours.

You will be required to conduct a new LRIT test if your equipment has changed since the last test. Reasons for conducting a new LRIT test are not limited to the above. Please contact hello@quemaritime.com if you have any questions.
